Last chance to update Aadhaar for free!
In such a situation, UIDAI has given relief to the common people by giving them an opportunity to update Aadhaar for free. If there is any old or wrong information in your Aadhaar card, then you can update it without paying any charge till 14 June 2025.
This facility was also given earlier, the last date for which was 14 December 2024. But later it has been extended to 14 June 2025. This means that there are still a few days left when you can update your Aadhaar card for free. If you update your Aadhaar after this deadline, then you will have to pay a charge of Rs 50 for it. This charge will also be applicable on the myAadhaar portal for online update.
Apart from this, if you have to update information like biometric or photo, then for this you will have to go to Aadhaar service center.
